Not sure where to put this!

When we purchased our board, we purchased a lifetime license. However, when I went to get the upgrade for our board (from 3.0.0 to 3.0.3) it said that our access expired 26 Jan - which is one year from the day we bought it.....
We didn't buy a one year license, we bought a lifetime....am I misunderstanding something?

With an owned license you can run the software forever - that doesn't end. The listed expiration is for your access to the download new versions from the Members Area. You get one year of free upgrades with your license. After this the current cost is just $30/yr for continued access to new versions. However, this is optional and you are allowed to continue running your current version for as long as you like.
