Has searching just been disabled?

I notice that vb.org is down with db problems... but this site isn't let me click the New Posts link... it tells me I can't search more than once every 20 seconds even though I haven't searched.

Weirdness? Or just a by product of vb.org being down (decrease server load whilst you get vb.org backup?).
