Not sure where to put this but...

My year is about to run out on being able to download the latest in the members area if this expires and I don't renew it, will I also loose access to vbulletin.org?

What sort of license do you have? If you have the "owned" license, your access does not expire. Only your ability to download vBulletin itself will.

i got a forever one, so i all i would be paying for is 30 dollars to regain access to the download area...

so i still have a leinces to run vb, will i still be able to download hacks?

Yes.

As said, if you have an owned license, you only lose your ability to download vB. You can still access the Member's Area, you can still access all the resource sites.
