    Checking on ticket response

    I sent an email to [email protected] on August 3, and followed the confirmation link emailed to me. The issue id is 252367. It is an inquiry, not a support matter, so it's not urgent. Anyway, if the appropriate person has not had a chance to read or respond to it yet, that's fine. I'm just making sure it wasn't filtered out as spam or something.
