Members area gfx kit

I'm sure i've seen this raised before and swore someone had said it had been fixed. But i'm unable to download the vB3 full-layered gfx kit from the members area? Whenever I download it it says i'm downloading xkb of ?kb - i.e. doesn't know the file size and after it downloads 1mb of it it just doesn't say anything and hangs. I tested this without my firewall running and my antivirus running and it still happens.

Any idea why this is happening and can it please be fixed ?

This is a problem caused by some firewall software. Temporarily disable any firewall software prior to accessing the Members Area. Then try the download again.
