No Priority Telephone Support??
I was told the option is in my member's account area under New Licenses / Additional Services and then choosing PRIORITY SUPPORT.
But when I click on PRIORITY SUPPORT, I am taken to the page that allows me to type in MY email addresses for authorized contacts for OUR account.
Please help.
