Because it was only there as a 'test' to see if vBulletin would run on your server. It was out dated and no longer of any use to anymore, it was not ment to be something you would want to host a community on.

If you need a free board there are open source alternatives out there. Begin young dose not mean you can't find a job and make some cash, lots of people around here are your age.

Yes, you can You can take up a paper-round or deliver advertisements. You only need to be 12 or older for that
