Letting users know they are assinged

    Hi,

I just made a new issue and assinged a few people to it. How are they notified of being assinged? Do they get an e-mail?

I also assinged myself, I didn't receive an e-mail. Is that correct?

And you say 'they usually'. What do you mean with usually?

        1. Yes.
        2. It depends on your settings in the specific project.

This would be the right place but as far as I know this feature was introduced with PT 2.0.0. Either you have an outdated template or you have PT 1.0.x.
