How do I hard delete issues

Hi,

I had enabled previously unregistered users to add issue as a ticket system for troubleshooting their problems, but, instead I got lots and lots of spam.

Anyways I have stopped maybe until at least a captcha is added to the project system, but, Now I need to know, how can I Hard Delete those Spams?

Open each ticket and edit it. There will be an option to soft/hard delete.

And yes human verification is a MUST before this is even remotely usable as a support system.

Well then you can add to that now mass moderation to issues like in the forums.
