Turn Off a Filter Feature for Paticular Usergroup

I am using project tools for a Tracking system for Video. (just to get you acquainted).

In this I have a certain Filter Pull down I want removed for certain usergroups.

The Text reads "Filter Responses to show - Comments, Petitions, Changes, All"

So I am just trying to find away to hide it for some and keep it for admins.
