    "Page not found" for project

Just paid for and installed Project Tools. Set up a new project (id 2), and set permissions (which I believe are correct). Then when I try to go to the project (...forums/project.php?projectid=2) it just says "Page not found".

I'm running vbSEO, would that have anything to do with it?

I should perhaps add that even Project home (.../forums/project.php) also comes up with "Page not found".

Remove all your add-ons except for Project Tools. This will not happen with the default vB + PT.
