I cant seem to figure out how to change the color. Most of my member cant read it since it's blue on black background. Please see photo attached....

I don't have that problem on my site, actually.
I just edited the link colors in the Page Background link colors in the Main CSS, unless you want to change just that link, then you'd have to edit it manually.Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.
