Change Icons

How or where do you go to change the Icons just to the left of the forums- also the up and down arrows?

All of the Project Tools images are kept in the ./misc and ./statusicon folder in the images directory.

Are there any available pre-made options to download? or are you stuck recreating each image to match your site.

Is it possible to quickly change the colors of the icons that come with vbulletin?

You have to change them manually though... you can check the graphic/style forum on this site, or check on vBorg for other resources on it.
