    small config questions..

Hi, fantastic module here.. Thanks for getting it out.

    I have two questions:

    1. How do you configure the list of users in the "assign" box. When a person opens a ticket, i want them to be able to choose who they assign the ticket to. So the list should include a list of users who the ticket can be assigned to by the person creating the ticket. How do i do this? I don't see any documentation about this.

    2. How do i change the phrase "Project Timeline" in the forums. I want it to say "Task History"

Thanks, keep up the good work...

    1. AdminCP > Project Tools > Project Permissions > The usergroup you want to edit > Edit

To allow users to be assigned, check the boxes for Can be Assigned

To allow users to assign others, check the boxes for Can Edit Assignments
Note: This allows users to also change assignments at any time.

    2. This is changed the same as any other phrase in vBulletin by going to

AdminCP > Languages & Phrases > Search In Phrases

Enter the text you wish to change in the search box and click Find.

Click edit next to the relevant phrase and enter your desired text in the text box provided.

Excellent. Thanks Kerry-Anne. Just one more question. I have made the changes you explain above. Now the "unassigned" box is fully populated with all the users on my system when someone opens a new task.

How do i limit the users in the "unassigned" box. Is that possible? Each project, really only needs about 5 people to choose from to assign the task to.

      Thanks for your help,

Ok, so for every project i need to create a user group. For that user group I will edit the project permissions and tick "can be assigned" ?

          Is that what you mean?

          Thanks for the reply.
