blog and VB4 forums

i am owner of vbulletin forum and vbullletin blog systym
everything waf fine till i upgrade my forum to 4.0.1
now - the blogs are not working - its tell me that there is an error...
and in the members aria i saw the the blog cant eork with vb4.0.1 forums

so what can i do with all the posts ????

Is the mod enabled in admin cp? Have you got hooks turned off in your config?

i turnd the hooks on
and the vbulletin blog product is enabled

Did you purchase the suite or the forums? You old blogs from vB3 will not work with vB4. You need to purchase the suite which comes with the upgraded blog software.

No, I'm not joking. The blog that you may purchase separately (although I don't think you can anymore) is for use with the 3.x versions of vb. If you want a blog to work with vb4, then you purchase the suite instead of the forums.

Can we get a refund of back from purchasing the old Blog? Why selling it if you they know that the Blog will not work with their version 4? Also in the member area I still see that I can download the Blog script. Why still leaving up there if it's not even working anymore?????????

The vB4 license allows you to download all previous versions of the software including any add-ons you purchased.

lol you are much luckier than me. I had both Project tools and Blogs which aint working for my VB4 forum anymore. And thats $120, my friend... >_<

I guess your best chance now is to wait for a downgrader, lets hope they will consider it.
