Blog Tag Issue

I am admin, and I am trying to add a tag to my blog entries. I checked all my permissions, and they seem okay.... but I get the error as seen below:

Another tag question. I cannot get the global tags box to appear on the main blog page as viewed here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php

How can I enable this? I have been cycling through all the settings, but havent found what I am looking for.

I'm having the same issue, I've looked around for tag and blog permissions but haven't found the correct one yet. What was your problem and fix?

I just tagged a few blog posts and after a while the tag cloud appeared.
