RSS Settings

If I want to import blogs into an RSS feed, should I use a setting like this?

http://www.thetheoryofpolitics.com/vb/blog_external.php?bloguserid=1

If I do this, for some reason only the first entry shows up in my reader. If, however, I just use:

http://www.thetheoryofpolitics.com/vb/blog_external.php

I get all the entries in the whole blog including entries not done by me. I want entries from me and me alone. Even if I type the code with the blog userid into the browser, I still only get the first entry...
