I don't see a way to do this. You would have to remove all the rating elements from the individual templates.Translations provided by Google.

once i find them - we have some cranks on our forum. They haven't had something as wide open to abuse since i had to turn off rep!
hopefully it'll be similar to the way thread rating works (we don't have that either) i.e all off plus optional usergroup permissionsComment

Until this can be turned off, I have set the minimum number of votes that a blog entry must receive before its rating appears, and minimum number of combined post votes that a blog must receive before its rating appears at one million.
This will not remove the ability to rate but renders the function useless.
I think it is a must that the ability to turn this off be added ASAP.
On too many forums, rating do not accurately reflect the quality of the content posted. You have users that don't care for each other and are able to stick a knife in with negative ratings.
The ratings system in vBullletin can be turned off. This should be the same way.Comment

I agree... we should be able to turn off the rating system. I just installed and some of my really good posters have said they will not post blogs unless I turn the rating system off.Comment

If you manually edit the CSS definition "fly" inside blog.css, adding "visibility:hidden;", it will be removed from view/action on the blog display page.Comment

Will that work on blog 2.0.2?Comment
