How to enable the RSS link?

How to enable the RSS link?

On the site here I see a "Show RSS Feed" link under "Options" at the left. I'm not seeing that on my site. Does something have be done to enable that functionality? I can't find an option anywhere.

The RSS feeds have no authentication so it won't display if you've disabled guests from viewing the blog.
