Design needed

im running a vb lite on a network in our company with some friends... but i dont like the default style anymore. Can someone make me a style? We can give u hosting or advertisement in return. If u don't want that, we might pay you. Ofcourse we really need some professionals, and not guys who try to sell us a style wich u can download here.
