what do i do about a illegal vb this guy on my friends server is using a illegal vb how do i report this?

I have warned him mltiple times i was goin to report him but he says he does not care he got this vb from some friend and it is illegal..

sorry about that link i fixed it now i accidently put the wrong link up but now i fixed it but anyway he has Illegal XXX Passwords hes posting he has a porn section where he is posting pornography and giving out free xxx passwords i told him he better stop before he gets in big time trouble but he just ignored me and he banned me for no reason but somebody needs to do something about this before it gets out of hand thanks.
