      Doesnt work for me =(

I tried it on a german lycos account and it doenst run properly :(

First when i installed the board and wanted to login to the admin cp i got an 404 error, first it says "hang on a sec" then i get to the lycos 404 error page. however this can be bypassed by just hitting back & refresh in your browser.
then another problem which i havent solved yet is the

error, it appears when posting/replying in any forum/thread. you will be forwarded to the lycos "under construction" page, but just hit STOP in your browser and youre able to post. i have no idea how php works, but seems to be a problem caused by lycos.

Your signature is too long. Please check the forum rules.
By the way, I think there are enough other 'free' hosting solutions where vB lite will work. And therefor the full version too. And beside that, once you are able to purchase a license, for that amount, you can get a yearly based hosting deal too. Maybe check vBulletinHosting.com - It is worth it. Most free hosting stuff ends up with cancelled accounts, poorly working sites etc.

I have a vBulletin Lite running fine on lycos.co.uk.

But i cant seem to be able to remove a thread or post..... is this because it is the lite version?

Yes, vB Lite does not have a delete option. It's purpose is to see if your server can hanlde vB.
