CGI Error after succesfully installation and control panel configuration

    Hi,

after a successful installation and control panel configuration
I've got this failure, if i click on the link "Forums Home Page" :

    "
    CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a
complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

    "

    My Systems :

    - Windows 2000 Server with IIS 5
    - mysql 3.23.49
    - php 4.1.2

    Any suggestions?

    Thank U!

    CU

      Hi,

      thank your for helping me.

Yes, I've edit the php.ini (see attachment).
After some failures, I was able to follow the steps of the install.php until the control panel.

It is possible to add, modify,....some forums, but I cann't access it.
If I try to start the forumdisplay.php directly I've got the following error :

      "
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: verifyid() in
      D:\Inetpub\CCM Wirkbetrieb\vbulletin\forumdisplay.php on line 13
      "

I hope we can manage it, cause at the time we proof if we're able to run the lite version, and if it would be possible, we'll turn to the full version for planning some complex forums.

      Thank U

        Solution!!

        Hello,

a break and some fresh air............

I've found the solution : the cause of this failures were simply a wrong structure of the folders!

        Now, it works!

Very nice, I think I'll convince our team leader to buy the full version.

        Thank U
