Installing vbulletinlite1.01

I was trying to install this onto my website and some errors came up when it was trying to conect to my database.
Here is what it said

Attempting to connect...

Connect failed: unexpected error from the database.

Error number: 1044

Error description: Access denied for user: '[email protected]' to database 'dbshinune_0='

Please ensure that the database and server is correctly configured and try again.

Make sure that the $servername variable in your config.php file is set to 'localhost'.
