Password

My password doesn't work anymore, so I can't access my admin pages. I've not changed my password, so what is the problem?

Sounds like a problem with your host. You'll need to contact them.

I have contacted my host, but they said to contact you, as they don't support third party software.

So any ideas? or will I have to look for another message board or re-install vbulletin lite?

I honestly have no idea. I've never installed or run vB Lite. What is the exact error you're getting when you try to access the Admin CP?

I get to my admin page, and its displays.....

[I]"You are either not a valid administrator or have not logged in. Please log in now:"[/I]

So I enter my password in the text box below and press Submit.

Then it just reloads the page again :(

its ok, i've found out the problem, i was getting a letter mistaken for a number. D'oh!
