Cookie Domain problem

I was fiddling about with the Cookie Domain setting and for some reason it wont accept cookies atall now, so when I try to change it back, I get the login info again so the changes don't take effect.

I had a look in PhpmyAdmin to see if I could fix it in there but couldn't find the the table that held the Cookie Domain setting. :(

Can anyone help?
