Error 1146 Template doesn't exist

I am having problems with install and get this message, anyone any ideas.

BTW The link to the tutorial in this section does not work !! site down ?

Post in the Who Do I forum as this is only for vB lite. If you get a permission denied error, there's a link to click to enter in your customer ID, password, and the username for these forums. If you never got a customer ID, in all likelyhood somebody gave you a pirated version of vBulletin.
