loading problems with vbulletin

I'm having a few problems loading vbulletin lite on to my server. I am getting these messages with the following error...

Connect failed: unexpected error from the database.

Error number: 1044

Error description: Access denied for user: 'wickedev@localhost' to database 'wickedev'

Please ensure that the database and server is correctly configured and try again.

that means something in your config.php is wrong, or the user/pass to your database is incorrect, it really means that you dont have access to write into the database.

Yeah but...

I know there is a problem with that data base and users' having access but i've given the two users' I've chosen access to the databases and it doesn't work.

I don't get what I have to do.
