Has anybody been able to successfully install VBLite onto coolfreepages?

I have my own domain name and webhosting and have tried to install vblite onto that but after many unsuccessfull attempts gave up. I am now trying to install it to coolfreepages, but i get the following errors???

I am pretty sure I have done everything correctly. Could anyone please tell me what the above means and how to correct it, or if you can install it for me I would be very grateful although I am not willing to pay.

coolfreepages.com bans visiotrs forom Asia and has lots of restrictions in PHP (no mail(), no phpinfo(), nmo heaps more stuff)

Erm, the thread for the translation is incorrect, I keep getting the following message:

vBulletin Message

Thanks for your help, I have managed to install on spaceports easy as pie, I'll put a link once i've gotten used to it and sorted it all out.

Thats impossible, no host can provide unlimited space or bandwidth, not even paid hosts (Well I expect there are certain pricy packages that offer this). They would have a limit, go over that limit and your account will be terminated. I'd never use a host thats offering unlimited space and/or bandwidth.
