Action Required to Activate Membership for vBulletin Community Forum!

My link is not working for new registered members..please help,
whenever I register and go to my email account then click on any of the links provided by the vbulletin registration I get the following error.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

Is this a vbulletin issue. I have tried to register on 3 different pcs and all got the same message.

Please visit the Members' Area and add your username to the forum support list.

This does not sound like a problem with vBulletin Lite - rather the full vBulletin.

member info on me, can they resend it to my email address
