urgent! header errors!

i really need help with this please!
after running install.php i get this error on index.php

line 319 in global.php: setcookie("bblastvisit",time(),mktime(0,0,0,0,0,2020),$cookiepath);M

line 322 in global.php: setcookie("bblastactivity",time(),mktime(0,0,0,0,0,2020),$cookiepath);M

and line 28 on config.php has absoluelty nothing on it


it still shows the forum but i get those errors

Make sure you have no white space or new lines after '[b]?>[/b]' in your config.php file.
