vBLite installs fine, but the following errors shows...

When I try to run the Forum (not the Admin Panel) for the first time:

"Parse error: parse error in Unknown on line 0"

If I add another forum, I will get two lines like the above instead and so forth. The URL is below, what could it be? Please, help!

Anyone able to help on this, please?

I really would like to try this, before buying the full version. Now, if the tryout will not work... Can anyone tell me what the error posted on the previous message is all about? I can see I am not the only one who got it.

    Thanks in advance.

It is a bug, try this

Go read the announcing V.0.9 thread. It has to do with the index.php file. You will need to edit the code of one line and it will work perfectly. Hope this helps. Click on this link

Nope, I got the last version

Nope, I downloaded the last tryout version and that line was already corrected. Still, the error previously posted persists.

John or anyone who had the problem and fixed it, help??

        TIA!

I had the same problem as you, and I fixed it!

I thought that I downloaded the the freeware version with the problem fixed too, but I wasn't. I had to manually put in the code. The difference is just one space. I'm telling you, please read the thread I linked above, as you will be able to edit your code in 30 seconds.

            It works now! Please read!

The line 68 should be like below (note the spacing!!)
eval("\$forumbits.=\"".gettemplate("forumhomebit")."\";");
Look

At my previous posting. It was a space problem, yes, but the solution is not on the link you posted. I had to "remove" the spaces. Look at the code quote I posted above and compare.

                Cheers.
