Is the location you moved them to inside or outside of your public_html directory? Do the files exist within the directory?

I deleted the old albums
I opened the new album
6 images added
I turned off the hack and plugins
I did reset and the default theme
I have database maintenance
reset counters
I checked the write permissions (777)
I moved the folder back to the database takes
does not seem small to the original problem does not seem large in progress

.picture is not a problem. My album files are just like yours. But, the error report in your screenshot is about "time zone settings". Check the time zone settings menu.
