What happens with the default style, and no addons?

If I change back to the default style it works. Not sure what happened or how long things have been this way. Any ideas why it would be doing that on the custom template?

            Anyone? A little more information.
When trying to delete spam posts as a mod or admin this keeps happening. All settings in admin control panel appear to be set properly for Delete permissions.
Click post to delete--->Moderation--->Delete posts----> goes to delete page and gives me that screen above. With no options to delete anything.
Any help on this would be much appreciated

We have no idea what changes you made in your custom templates to cause this. You will just have to troubleshoot this by reverting your custom templates one by one.
