Check your new users carefully. Especially if your running a hack or two. I had a new user pop up, and upon checking this user info, he had somehow weaseled himself into the Administrators usergroup.
Its more than possible they also have access to your server in some level. You should try to keep as up to date as possible and secure your installation as well.
