Human Verification not working!

Hi

I have a problem with Human Verification, it is not working. I never used it befor and I did a lot of upgrades. The current version now is 3.7.4.

1- I tried:
GD: http://www.example.com/forums/image....=regcheck&i=gd
it display vbulletin.

2- I chose GD in Image Processing Library.
3- I enable Human Verification in Verify Guest Contact Us.

I'm using send sendmessage.php in contact us. but when a guest try to send a messege, there are no any kind of verification at all.

I tried with diffrent pages (search) after enable the option but also did not work.

Is there any thing more I need to do ?

I Also trid define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); in config.php just in case, but the verification didn't appear.

The value $human_verify is exist in contactus template.

It doesn't look like you even have it enabled. Did you turn on Image Verification:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Human Verification Options -> Registration and Contact Us (checked)

And finally, make sure that the Unregistered usergroup has this set:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup (Unregistered) -> Require Human Verification on Configured Actions -> Yes
