Moved servers, issues with functionality, attachments

My webhost recently moved my hosting account to a new server, and since the move, I have had several users complain that they are unable to access my site.

Those that can access it, cannot view any of my attachment files.

I have checked through my config.php file and the directory appears to be correct; /home/username/website.com/forum

I have tried re-creating my config file, I have run several of the maintenance scripts, and am still having trouble.

The error messages I am getting are as follows:

    Code:
Warning: fopen(/home/.bootsy/arkynhawk/attachments/1/3339.attach) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/attachment.php on line 261
    And:

    Code:
Invalid forum path specified! Please edit this file and be sure to include the correct path for your $forumpath variable.
    Currently am running vBulletin 3.7.5

You did backup and move the attachment directories, right?

    1. See this: How Do I Change the Location of Attachments After a Server Move

    2. You need to edit the forumpath line in includes/config.php to make sure it is correct.
