Disable thread replies

I was wondering if there was a way to disable thread replies to anyone but the user that started the thread.

You can do that with these permissions:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup

> Can Reply to Own Threads
> Can Reply to Others' Threads
