Member details on listed on each post - how to determine what shows up?

Please see the attached images to understand my question!

I want to know how to add unique options to the user info which shows beside each member's name when they post.

For example, in the "user profile field manager" I added a question about political preference but it shows up only on the profile, and not beside each member's name when they post. Where do I go to make the new options show up on the info listed beside each member's post?

The second pic is from a forum I stumbled across - it has lots of unique options added to the member info beside each post and I want to do something similar!

You would have to manually edit the postbit templates to add non-standard data.
