I have my board set so that registered users cannot upload attachments, and it was working for quite some time. Now, today I noticed a regular user has attached a file. I have double check the registered usergroup and the "Can Upload Attachments" is set to no. How can they do this?

attachments can be uploaded by anyone but only seen by admins.
Registered users get the message "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page."
