Safely embedding photobucket video

You can create a BB code similar to the Youtube code, but the replacement code will be different. You need to get the embed code from the Photobucket site. -
I've been working with this for a bit now and can't seem to get it working like the youtube bb code. Here is the code to a video, would you be able to provide a suggestion? However, I don't think it will work the same as youtube (where you just add the video id), because these video are actually on someones album.
Code:<a href="[URL="http://media.photobucket.com/video/Cool%20Stop%20Motion%20Animation/pbhomepage/video3/Ub3rLaapseII.flv"]http://media.photobucket.com/video/Cool%20Stop%20Motion%20Animation/pbhomepage/video3/Ub3rLaapseII.flv[/URL]" target="_blank"><embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="[URL]http://i0006.photobucket.com/player.swf?file=http://vid0006.photobucket.com/albums/0006/pbhomepage/video3/Ub3rLaapseII.flv&sr=1"></a[/URL]>

Just an FYI you can't really see what is being typed as far as code in the video and it also says the code for strike through will be found in the description of the video which it isn't. I already figured...
