pre-defined avatar

I am having a problem with pre-defined avatars. After loading them they show up in the list to be selected from on the user CP (as names, not thumbnails). When selected for use the avatar image does not show up at all. On the post a link called '<username>'s Avatar' appears where the image should be, and the link takes you to the userCP.

If I load the same avatar image as a custom avatar everything looks just fine.

I am trying to set up a selection of avatars for forum subscribers to choose from.

It sounds like the avatar locations are wrong. Check each predefined avatar and make sure the location is correct and that the image exists at that location:

Admin CP -> Avatars -> Avatar Manager -> [View] -> [Edit]
