now at the top of my board i get this

This error is from a plugin you've installed. You need to disable each of your plugins then turn one at a time to see which one is causing this.

If you cannot log into the Admin CP then to disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

This will disable all hooks and allow you to log in properly with no hooks running.

Ok will do but right after the gd was added I got this error should I have this GD uninstalled. And I only have a few hacks but it was the vb shout that when I uninstalled it the error code went away. does this mean that the hack was outdated and a new version for board needs to be added. If the GD is removed and I add the hack back will I get this code again

That error is not related to GD. It is a problem with one of your plugins. Specifically, the error is from a plugin at the fetch_userinfo hook location.
