Not sure what exactly you are trying to do, but I guess "lastprefixid" has to do with thread prefixes and there were no thread prefixes in vB 3.6.5.

So if you are trying to upgrade to vB 3.7.x run the upgrade script to upgrade your database first.

yep as mlx said. or looks like you may have a mod installed for 3.7.
