Deleting Posts from Deleted Member

We deleted a member with some posts and now his posts are showing up with his username and "guest". Is there ANY way we can search for those posts or revert the deletion ?

No sorry, the 'prune' of posts and/or user account is permanent deletion from the database and can't be undone.

You can reverse the deletion by adding a new username with the same deleted one, and run a query...

UPDATE 
    post 
LEFT JOIN 
    user 
ON 
    post.username = user.username 
SET 
    post.userid = user.userid
WHERE
    post.username = 'test'

Change test to the real username.

I strongly recommend to make a full backup of your database prior to making changes to it.
