    I would try disabling any addons first and see if that maybe the problem.
    1. Try uploading original vBulletin version non-image files in ASCII mode (except install.php and images folder) to overwrite those on server

    2. You can just try this to see if you have any files that do not belong or have not been overwritten from an upgrade.
      Admin Control Panel > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions

      [Note: In some cases you may also need to remove any of the listed .xml files in the includes/xml directory.]
    3. Disable plugins from file includes/config.php and add this right under <?php on the next empty line or uninstall any modification(s) that have not been updated to work with new vBulletin stable release

      PHP Code:
      <?php
      /*======================================================================*\
      || #################################################################### ||
      || # vBulletin 3.7.x - Licence Number xxxxxxx

      Code:
      <?php
      [B][COLOR="Red"]define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);[/COLOR][/B]
      /*======================================================================*\

    4. To create a new style, click the [Add New Style] link underneath the main body of the Style Manager.

      This will bring up the Add New Style interface. You then choose [No Parent Style], next view using new style and do you still get this message.

      i put define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); in the config file and it worked

      and i deleted all the plugins and i only left the vbseo but i still have the problem when i delete define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

      so should i delete the vbseo product also?

      btw it's not style problem bcz when i remove define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); i can't enter the admincp

        Try uninstalling any and all plugins, as deleting will cause even more problems.

          Same problem different verse

          I just moved to a new server with my hosting company and started getting the same error message above when viewing profiles
          Code:
          [B]Warning[/B]: array_merge() [[URL="http://www.houstontexasswingers.com/vbulletin/function.array-merge"][COLOR=#0000ff]function.array-merge[/COLOR][/URL]]: Argument #1 is not an array in [B][path]/member.php(122) : eval()'d code[/B] on line [B]2[/B]
          I have tried both of your fixes. Disabled all Hooks and created a new style but error still comes up.

          Any other ideas as to what the problem might be
