we have our domain redirected from site.com to www.site.com and have forum installed in sub directory community. Now when a user logs in using site.com/community and click any other link with www prefix they are being asked to relogin, how to tackle this and make site.com/community redirected to www.site.com/community on first visit only
redirect to www version

Floris' looks correct, but if you want to try something a bit different to see if it works, this is what I have:
Code:RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.mysite\.com [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.mysite.com/$1 [L,R=301]

But it only works for that very top URL, it doesn't work for changing domain.com/forums to www.domain.com/forums, for example. Any suggestions to make it work for all subdirectories as well?
