Changing the main URL of my forum.....

My forums are currently located at http://www.thesackshack.com/forums. I have a new URL I would like to change them to (http://www.NCAAFootballTalk.com).....

What exactly do I do to switch this?

Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Site URL Details

You can change it there.
Don't forget to update the members' area > edit license > to point to the new url.
