Database Error

I don't really know what I'm looking at here and may not be even posting anything that would help anyone to help me but, I get this on my screen when I log on to the Admin Lounge...

Does this help anyone to help me? Is this a vBulleton problem? Host problem? My Fault?

That is a lack of permissions for your MySQL user. Ask your web host to grant full access for your MySQL user to your forum database. That should resolve this.

I've been getting emails quoting the same error for every time I log on.

Just to make sure I made everything clear in the first post, would this error be responsible for my whole forum and admin lounge to be down? I get nothing but some data base error page when I log on to the forum and when I log onto the admin lounge, sometimes I get the same data base error page and sometimes I get the...

Yes that problem will cause lots of issues on your forum.
