Allow custom user title based on number of posts?

Didn't there used to be an option for this in older version of vBulletin? I updated a 2.3.x forum to 3.7, I'm not seeing where this is anymore. Sorry if it's obvious.

You can do this with Usergroups and Promotions.

So, if I am understanding this correctly, if I wanted all users in the Registered Users group to be able to give themselves a custom title after achieving 500 posts, then I would need to create another user group (a duplicate, named say Registered Users With Title), and change just the one setting to allow a custom title?

Then when they achieve 500 posts they are automatically moved into that new group?

You also have to create the promotion:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Promotions
